Scotland is known around the world for its ghosts and bogles, but there is a plethora of strange phenomena across these lands. From Bigfoot to the ‘Wee Folk’, UFO’s to cryptids and witchcraft to monsters, Our Strange Strath has it all.

*Strath (from Scottish Gaelic srath) - a large, wide river valley. The fertile land that run from the foot of the mountains to the river bank. They cover large areas along the course of the river they are named after eg. Strathclyde, Strathspey and Strathearn. It is a way of describing our own wee corner of the world.
